THE BREWER PREGNANCY DIET CHECKLISTS
To help you implement your Brewer Pregnancy Diet every day of your pregnancy, we’ve devised some simple check lists that you can copy and post on your refrigerator at home, or at your desk at work.
There is a check list for each Plan: Basic, Lacto-Ovo and Vegan, plus a supplemental list for Multiples.
Make one copy of the Multiples Check List for each additional baby you are carrying and post it alongside your choice of Brewer Pregnancy Diet. For example, if you are carrying triplets, you should post your chosen check list, plus two multiples supplements, for a total of three babies. As you eat throughout the day, be sure you are meeting the requirements on BOTH/ALL check lists.
